- Browse Our Ranges Explore our flooring ranges online and find styles you like. Look for the 'Order Sample' option on the product page.
- Add Your Samples Select the colours you're interested in and add them to your sample basket. Order as many as you need.
- We Post Them Free We'll pop your samples in the post and have them with you within a few days — completely free of charge.
Available On Selected Ranges
Free samples are available on many of our most popular flooring ranges but not all products carry a sample option. This is because some of our flooring is sourced from suppliers who don't offer individual cut samples, or the product may be a roll stock or remnant where sampling isn't practical. If you can see the 'Order Sample' button on a product page, you're good to go. If the option isn't available on a particular range, don't worry — you're always welcome to visit our Burnham-on-Sea showroom where you can see and feel our full collection in person, or book a free home visit and we'll bring our samples directly to you.

- Is there a charge for samples? No. Samples are completely free and posted to your door at no cost. There's no obligation to buy.
- How many samples can I order? You can order as many as you need. We'd rather you were 100% sure of your choice before you commit.
- Why can't I order a sample on every product? Some of our ranges are sourced from suppliers who don't offer individual cut samples, or the product type isn't suitable for sampling. If the option isn't available, you can always see it in our showroom or book a free home visit.
- How long do samples take to arrive? Most samples are posted within one to two working days and arrive shortly after by Royal Mail.
